I’m Yvonne, the founder of Maunavrata, and my passion is helping people transform their lives through Holistic Coaching, Mind-Body Medicine and Meditation Therapy. With a focus on stress management and resilience, I offer evidence-based techniques to help you find clarity, calm, and balance in your life.
Why I do this work
In addition to my fulfilling career in Corporate IT, I feel a profound call to serve others. With 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation, I have long trusted in the profound impact of holistic therapies. Despite my diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism, I continue to live a full and vibrant life, guided by the practices that have always grounded me. Along the way, I trained with experts like Calvin Coyles and Isabelle Cunningham and earned certifications in holistic empowerment coaching, meditation therapy, and NLP. Through this journey, I’ve crafted an approach that’s as practical as it is empowering, helping you find relief from symptoms like brain fog, weight gain, exhaustion, and anxiety. I’m here to be your guide and partner, walking this path myself.
